Return & Cancellation Policy
If you are not satisfied with a Product, you may return it within the period of seven (7) working days, beginning on the day after you receive the item. The unused Product has to be returned in its original packaging and condition, including its label or tag, for a refund.
Please send attached the receipt or other proof of purchase, a brief note explaining why you are returning your address and telephone number.
We strongly advise you to send back the package with a courier service or recorded delivery, to confirm that the Products were received by us. Except to the extent required by law, we will not be responsible for the loss of any items that have been sent to us, which we do not receive.
We regret that we are unable to refund any Product that has been removed from its original packaging and suffered any damage or impairment attributable to your use. If the items are used, worn, incomplete or have not been sent back in their original box, then we are not obliged to take it back. In such case you will be responsible for the cost of return to you.
Any refund will be made by the same payment method and to the account that you used to make the original purchase.

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Product
In the unlikely event that you have received a defective or damaged Product or an incorrect order, please contact us as soon as possible using the phone or email stated above. After you have contacted us, you may return the Product following the above instructions.
On receipt of the Product, we will examine it to confirm if it is damaged or defective. If confirmed, we will take it back and exchange against a new one or will refund the total costs, including delivery charges incurred in returning the Product to us and the full price of the item.
Where you are returning a Product sent to you incorrectly, we will dispatch the correct item as soon as possible and will not charge for delivery of the replacement. In the event that the correct Product is no longer in stock, we will provide you instead with a refund of its price and any original delivery charges.
You may cancel any order within one hour after you have paid for the Product. In such an event, you should contact us by e-mail (entitled as “URGENT”) notifying us of the cancellation. Orders that have not been paid will automatically be cancelled within 24 hours.
All Products described on this Website are subjected to availability. If a Product becomes unexpectedly out-of-stock, we reserve the right not to accept any orders. If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will contact you and refund the amount paid for that Product. We may also offer you the possibility to exchange the unavailable item for another of the same price, without additional charge.
Due to security and maintenance procedures, we reserve the right to temporarily cease to offer any Product for sale through our Website at any time, without notice.
