All shipping will be carried once the payment is confirmed.
The value of the shipment will be presented at the conclusion of your order and will be calculated based on the delivery address.
The charged shipping values will be as follows (Except offer indication eg:free shipping)
Deliveries in Europe – will be charged shipping costs in the amount of 9€.
Deliveries in outside Europe – will be charged shipping costs in the amount of 12€.
Deliveries in mainland Portugal – will be charged shipping costs in the amount of 3€.
Deliveries in Madeira and the Azores – will be charged shipping costs in the amount of 9€.
Deliveries in Spain (except Islands) – will be charged shipping costs in the amount of 9€.
The values presented can be changed.
Handling and Shipping
The orders will be delivered to the shipping address indicated during the purchase process.
All orders are made by demand and often per unit; therefore your order will be shipped within 5 working days – after we receive payment confirmation, which usually takes 2 to 3 days. Please keep in mind that holidays and weekends are not working days.
All orders are gift wrapped in PEKAN signature boxes with our original ribbons – for maximum satisfaction and to guarantee that no damages will occur during transport – and require a signature on delivery.
We recommend you inspect your package for damage or tampering before signing and accepting it, at which point responsibility for the purchased Product passes to you.
If you have specified a recipient who is a third party for delivery purposes (for example, as a gift), then you accept that a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by PEKAN, and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
Following the date of dispatch, your order is expected to arrive within three (3) to five (5) working days, depending on the destination. We will always do our best to meet customer’s expectations, but we are not responsible for any unusual delays caused by destination customs clearance processes, courier delays or force majeure.
